Distraction and Disappointment
During the Easter holiday two players from Porto returned to visit their friends and family. The new captain and remaind in Oxford and the rest of the players have left to visit their family members. Easter holiday was 3 weeks and the first week I injured my heel in Kick Boxing class which meant I wan't able to play the game. After contacting the team leader, he informed me that there weren't enough players which meant the game was cancelled. I asked the team leader to bring players in just to cover the missing players, but the following game we couldn't manage to gather enough players either.
We missed two games in total and I thought that we would play when there were enough players. The day before the third match, I called the captain to check if there were enough players to play. He told me that " It's just me and other two players, but I am still looking for another player to make 5 players".
Nevertheless, I drove my car to Student Accommodation where they live that evening, but the shocking news was about to explode. At the door of the block, I called the captain to open the door and Shockley said " Ooh, are you here, Sam open the door for Ishe"The captain, Sam and Afe sat in front of me in casual wear. I was dressed for the match and ready to win a game. I said with a curious face " What are you doing?" and at that moment I understood unpleasant things had happened. The captain (Naz) said in a low voice, " Ishe no more Malcolmvex (team name), I am sorry." They told me that missing two games of the league resulted in a £100 fine. So, they decided that no one can afford it to pay and that was the main reason.
I wished the team the best, but only can't do anything. Worse of all, we can't play next year league we have been banded.
I enjoy playing football, Check me out!!

My team is suffering

Voki is great, check it out, but you must have a mic

Last Wednesday we had great fun with the Voki, which is an object or character you design. Also you can add background and other things such as face, or styles.
I have a done lots of these vokis, and you can listen to them. They are not that funny, because my teacher was expecting me to do well at these vokis, but in the near future I will create more. I also have created a welcome voki, check it out.
I wish you enjoy these vokis, and my friend Abingdoze or Rui he really loves it.

Football match, Hot and warm

Quick change of plan, two front players were substituted to enter the last 3 minutes of the game. In the last minute they scored the winning goal which killed the determination of the other team. I love the feeling of winning, we beat them 4-3. We are looking forward to more serious match.
Conservation Report - Endcliffe Park – Sheffield
More than 30 different species of animals and plants per each square meter living there, and the area is rich in amphibian, insects, birds and other animals, there are some places in Sheffield can be compare with Endcliffe National Park. It has become one of the most important
places in South Yorkshire for the amount of the species which live in the Park and the amount of the space is covered. Endcliffe National Park has enormous moor land and wood land which create a beautiful landscape and full of species which can provide great environment to different habitats.Endcliffe National Park is trying to reflect that Humans can leave with harming the environment. There are many places are surrounding the park which growing crops and destroy other living creatures can harm or feed on the crops which can result to extinction of these creatures. Endcliffe's Park is successfully present great result by balancing the environment and the human need in the park. Endcliffe National Park authorisations are currently working continuously to enhance the area's natural beauty.
Conservation is trying to protect species and gives care to the Earth's natural resources and support the future of all species. Some of these problems created by lack of conservation are decreasing the amount of the some animals. Actions which can be taken to support the life on Earth are nature reserves, saving habitats (rainforests and coral reefs) and ensure that certain animals are kept under watch and ensure these animals are well protected.
What causing damage to the environment:-
The demands on food production is increasing every year and that through developments in agricultural technology and practices which reflect on the amount of the production (crops) every year. However, these modern technologies and increasing of the amount of the crops over the landscape have had a serious impact on the environment. The main effect comes from continually using fertilizers and pesticides.

The amount of the cars in the road is increasing, which required more car parks every public places. This can be result of increasing the amount of the fresh air around the parks or city. Endcliffe Park has lost a large space of land for needing more car parks. There are thousands of species and animals use to live in that land, so they have died or move to some where else. More cars around the park (Roads or car parks) can cause animal to breath gases which is from cars, so that can effect on animals after certain generations. The solution to these problems is to provide a public transport to increase the amount of the car attending to Park. The park can acknowledge the people which live around the park or attending the park about the serious problems are the park facing and provide regular presentation which explain these problems.
There are more than 30,000 visitors every single year. These people are causing a serious problem to the park for dumping rubbish or feeding the animals which can find easy and nice taste with these visitors, such as squirrels, birds, fishes and rabbits etc. These wastes can be developed as toxic or harmful materials to the environment, and that will harm the environment. The effect of these materials would appear now, but they will appear by the coming generations. However, these materials would harm environment which can end these effect on the human. These animals can feed on what have been left behind such as plastic, cardboard, babies waste and clothes. Eating these unnatural food can create a lost of problems to animal and park authorizations. The authorization would spend times and money to wash and clean these waste which can take days or months. Main problem that the park can face is ill or death animals, which can cause diseases to human or animal.
How to limited or stop harming the environment in Endcliffe Park:-
Endcliffe National Park is conserved in several ways. It involves stopping damage, and keeping the beauty of environment in the park with supported. There are a number of ways which the Park consist to keep the Park beauty:-
- Regularly monitoring to maintain the safety of these animals.
- Looking after the landscapes features.
- Improving the park features such as building to
- level it up with the environment.
- Cooperation with local authorisations to deliver how to save the environment and beauty of natural beauty
- Provide more bins around the park which where visitors can disposal safely
I think, after all these improvements would help the park life where human can live with other creature. Harming of destroying the environment can result of many problems which can reach and effect on human life, but support the environment that can help people which are surrounding the environment. Endcliffe is trying to deliver this message around the country and world.

The day we head high

One 9th of February was the day my team should head high or failed. Our captain had a great hope of wining this game because it will position us on the top of league table. The team is now full recovered and ready to fire away.
At the beginning of this season, we have joined late and we missing one game which meant we had lost the game, three points down. Although, we have made great transactions and gathered enough players, we have lost the first game. I felt that something had stood on top of my chest as pain, which disappointed me/us.

The second game we have recruited one more player which change our game style, and we had defeated the other team with proud 6- 8. Nevertheless we still need more substitutions so we can keep up fitness through the game.
Now, captain found two front players and keeper which especially will improve our team fitness. The day before the third game, the captain (Yas) couldn’t stop talking about the game, because he was thinking that many teams were not good enough to challenge us. Firstly the Captain had a lot of trophies during his pervious leagues. Secondly, I used to play as friend but he use to be beaten by my team. However, the team have players which are superior foot skills in our team now.
The other team has a friend of mine, which made me want to beat him. There was unpleasant news before the game, which was the time of the game has moved from 9.20pm to 8pm. Although we had just enough players, the game was very difficult to win. More Sad
news arriving, which held our hand tier, the two front players we expected had a lecture until 8pm. The keeper had brought a Japanese player which was just fine player, but I don’t think he will play with us next game.
The game was on fire, the other team was well organised and we were running like headless chickens. We’re held back at 2-4 in the first half, but in the last 10 minutes we realised that we had come to win the game, so we had to level with them. Unfortunately, the game ended up with a draw of 4-4.

Times up, Pens are ready to write

In few weeks time, we are expecting to have a reading exam. Personally, I am facing asmall difficulty with reading and finding specific information in a large text. But by the will of the lord (creator-Allah) I will pass my exam if I work hard. I know that saying is far easier than doing the action.
Nevertheless, I can feel the tension from my class mates, and I wish the best for them. I always love to support others, because that also encourages me to do more work individually. I believe the most important part of learning the English Language is to do the homework, so you can revise what you have learnt which will be permanently stay in your mind. Although, we know the importance of that, we still ignore it.
On other other hand, the teachers can see some of us are husbands, employees or having responsibilities. They fear the consequences of asking the students to do further work, or maybe pressurise the students to do their homework.

Murder Case 2008, Sheffield College
· Trainers with soil
· Trousers with pollen
· Their fingerprints
· Pens from them
· Statements
Statements:
Statement from Luke De Ville:
Luke said” I was in the area as my girlfriend lives close by. She goes to the same school, and they are in the same class. I don’t like him as he is too smooth. It was a bit much after going to the trouble and expense of buying her flowers to give to her birthday that day. I felt a real idiot carrying them through town before picking her up. I walked into town and caught the bus home. I didn’t go to the house I had no reason”
Statement from Witness (Lester Dew):
Lester Dew said” I was taking my dog for a walk at about 10.30 pm on the day in question and I saw someone wearing a light coloured T shirt and jeans climb over the wall near the college. As I returned home that evening I saw what I thought was the same person walking further down the road near to the roundabout. This was about 11.30 pm”
Statement from Angela Dogood:
Angela said” I walked home from football practice past the house on the night in question I always go that way. I know the people who are going to move in as, Nelson. We often meet on the pitch in inter-school games. He is a hard player and we are competing against each other for the player of the season prize. I don’t like him as he is rather a dirty player at the time but I would not threaten him. I don’t have reason to do it. I didn’t enter the garden of the house and did not write the note that you found.
Police finding:-

After the police has collected evidence from the suspect, and taken the statement. I went to the crime scene to collect evidence, and our investigation team found a lot of evidence at the crime scene. This can help to find the person who is guilty of committing this crime (criminal). The following evidence was found at the crime scene:
· foot print
· Lilly flower on the floor
· note on the floor
· cup, and bottle in the sink
· powder on the worktop
· broken window
· blood on the window
Our team of investigators are qualified in carrying out the testing of the evidence found from the crime scene, and the suspects, and analysing the results. After finding the result we are linking all the results from the evidence gathered, to find out the suspect guilty of committing this crime (criminal) from the result. Forensic investigators work with the police to find the criminal and give a clear picture of what happens at the crime scene, and then convict the criminal in court.
I have carried out many tests to analyse the result form the evidence I have been given, and taken from the crime scene.
These tests were carried out on the evidence from the crime scene:
· Analysing the finger print from the cup found at the crime scene, and compare it with the suspect prints.
· footprint analysing form the soil, then compare it to the suspect shoes (Biology test)
· Soil analysing form the shoes, and linked to the soil form the crime scene (chemical test)
· Chemical testing, (cations test , anions test ) for the powder was found at the crime scene at the worktop
· Chromatography test to analyse from the ink from the note, and analyse the ink form the suspect pens (Chemical test )
· Analysing the fibre form the suspect cloths (Biology test )
· Analyse the pollen from the suspects cloths (Biology test )
Finding:
Foot print:

Our investigating group went to the crime scene, when we entered the crime scene we found footprint out doors, and we analysed the print form the soil by using hair spray, and plastic tray. We have taken the fingerprint to the laboratory to test the print form the soil. We use the Dental plaster to analyse the footprint form the soil, and we work carefully to get a good print at the dental plaster. We were given by the police suspects shoe to compare it to the foot print at the crime scene. After a few weeks the footprint was ready to compare with the suspect’s shoes. The shapes of the footprint was found at the crime scene, it was from the suspect Luke De Ville, and we analysed the soil, and we found the soil on Luke shoes the same as from the crime scene. This test is against Luke De Ville, because we have found his shoes print, at the crime scene.
Soil analysing:
We have found soil at the suspect shoes. This soil at these shoes can helped us find the criminal from this crime scene. Our investigating team have taken the soil, to different stages, or tests to find which of these soils at the suspect’s shoes is the crime scene soil. Our tests for the soils will be two different tests a microscope test and a sedimentation test. We started testing the soil under the microscope, to see which soil is from the crime scene. We have taken soil from the crime scene to compare it to the soils from the suspects. At the first test under the microscope, we have looked to the soils under the microscope, at this test we have found the soil from the suspect Luke De Ville was the right soil from the crime scene. At the second test (sedimentation test) we mixed the water with the soils, and then we left the mixtures for a few weeks to settle the soils. After, few weeks we found the soil form the suspect Luke De Ville was the same result as the soil from the crime scene. I found this test is against Luke De Ville 100%.
Fingerprint:
We went to the crime scene trying to find more evidence of the crime, then I found a cup and bottle of beer at the worktop, and that mean is some one uses this cup to drink the beer. We have taken the cup to the laboratory to find any finger print at the cup, and we found left thumb print. After analysing the finger print by using powder, and the brush. We use to have the suspects finger prints form the police, then we compared the fingerprints. We found these fingerprints didn’t belong to the suspect Angela Dogood because the fingerprints was completely different, however, we found this thumbprint was Luke De Ville, because the shapes, and the size of the thumbprint was the same. I have found this test is against Luke 100%
Pollen stain:
At the crime scene we have found Lilly flower on the floor, and the police have given as some T-shirts, and trousers from the suspects, and on the trousers was some pollen stain. Our team are going to find out what kind of stain is it? We looked under the microscope how the Lilly pollen looks like. When we finished looking at the Lilly pollen, we have taken the stain pollen from the trousers, by using sellotape. We used the microscope to find out what kind of pollen stain we have. I have found from looking to the pollen stains, Luke have the Lilly pollen stain at him trouser, and that mean Luke left the Lilly flower, or touched it. The stain we found on Angela trousers was different. This test is against the suspect Luke De Ville, because we have found the same stain from the Lilly flower was found it at the crime scene.
Analysing the ink (chromatography test):
We have found at the crime scene note left for Nelson, and the police have given as pens from the two suspects to find more details of information about how write this note. We use chromatography test to analyse the ink from the note, and find out who this ink belongs. After, we finish the test we have found the ink from Angela was completely different from ink found at the crime scene. We found Luke had the same ink from the crime scene, and we discovered he wrote the note.

Closed - circuit Television (CCTV)
It difficult from broadcast television in that the signal is not openly transmitted, though it may employ point to point wireless links. CCTV is often used for watchman or CCTV monitor in areas that may need monitoring such as banks, casinos, airports, military installations, and convenience stores. A more advanced form of CCTV, utilizing Digital Video Recorders (DVRs), provides recording for possibly many years, with a variety of quality and performance options and extra features (such as motion-detection and email alerts).
CCTV used for crime prevention and provide evidence to authorities, which can catch the criminal and decrease the amount of the crime happening. CCTV takes an important part of UK social to prevent crime and support people to live in save place.
Outside of the government special facilities, CCTV was developed seriously at different places such as:-
Black and white cameras: These cameras are the cheapest, and they send black and white image through small monitor. This type camera does have surveillance to watch it all the time. Usually these cameras used to send signal and provide evidence, if naccessary and prevent crime.
There are two major ways to record video images that your CCTV cameras capture; they are analog tape (VCR) and digital (DVR) video recorders:-
A tape recorder such as a security-time lapse VCR can record CCTV camera images in either black and white or colour for either 2,4, 6, 8, etc all the way up to 960 hours which is 40 complete days. It records 30 frames per second and that will provide better quality of video. VCR's are very practical, very reliable and extremely affordable. Expect to pay only a few hundred pounds for a security VCR.
There are two types of DVR's (Digital Video Recorders). They are either stand alone devices or hard drives that are connected to a computer system. DVR's work similar to VCR's except the images they capture is one every second. The resolution that the DVR saves the video is MPEG4. So that mean the DVR give less resolution and shorter time. The amount the saving the DVR provide is 20 to 50 GB on hard drive in about 80 hours and that short time compare to VCR.
